UNM-Human Resources Division is in the beginning stages of seeking external Compensation consulting services to provide expert advice in the re-design, implementation and communication of a comprehensive compensation administration system for staff employees within the University of New Mexico. The study will focus on identifying best practices for compensation administration in a higher education/health sciences environment as they relate to non-bargaining staff employees, both exempt and non-exempt.
With a collaborative effort among Human Resources, the identified key administrators, and the professional services of an external consultant, we are confident that the final product will result in a comprehensive compensation administration system that can be relied upon to provide guidance and flexibility to administrators in an environment of change and will benefit our institutional business needs.
